  • If a duplicate payment or technical error occurs, devotees may contact us for review.

2. Pooja / Seva Bookings / Homam 

Payments made for pooja services, temple rituals, or event participation
through our website are considered confirmed once payment is successfully processed.

  • Pooja bookings are normally non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • If a devotee is unable to attend the scheduled pooja, the temple may perform the pooja on their behalf.
  • Rescheduling may be allowed only under special circumstances and subject to availability.

    Homam / Seva Ticket Policy

    All Homam and Seva tickets purchased through this website are non-transferable and non-refundable. Tickets are issued in the name of the devotee at the time of booking and cannot be transferred to another individual or used for a different event or date. Devotees are requested to verify all booking details before completing the payment.

3. Duplicate or Incorrect Transactions

If multiple payments are made accidentally for the same service
due to technical issues, devotees may request a refund.

  • The request must include transaction details and payment proof.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Processing may take 7–10 business days depending on the bank or payment gateway.

4. Temple Cancellation

In rare situations where a pooja, event, or service is cancelled by
the temple due to unforeseen circumstances,

  • An alternative date for the service, or
  • A refund of the applicable service fee.

5. Payment Processing Fees

Transaction fees charged by payment gateways, banks, or third-party
services may be deducted during the refund process where applicable.

6. Returns

The temple does not sell physical products through the website.
Therefore, returns are not applicable.
